尚德思,男,19844月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。自2007年起参与李霞教授所领导课题组从事生物信息学领域的学习和研究工作,主要研究方向为复杂疾病的代谢网络重构与网络分析,代谢类疾病复杂机制分析,小分子药物相关的非编码RNA的识别与功能分析以及相关网络平台的构建等。担任Molecular BiosystemBriefing in BioinformaticsBiomed Res Int等多个杂志审稿人,《Frontiers in oncology》杂志专栏主编等。Email: sds_46@163.com。


研究领域:

  自2007年起参与李霞教授所领导课题组从事生物信息学领域的学习和研究工作,主要研究方向为复杂疾病的代谢网络重构与网络分析,代谢类疾病复杂机制分析,小分子药物相关的非编码RNA的识别与功能分析以及相关网络平台的构建等。主持多项国家级及省级课题。担任Molecular Biosystem、Briefing in Bioinformatics、Biomed Res Int等多个杂志审稿人,《Frontiers in oncology》杂志专栏主编等。
