梁伟，男，汉族，1978年11月生，湖南涟源人，民进会员，湖南省政协委员，民进衡阳市委主委，博士，教授，博士生/博后导师。现任南华大学副校长。
某部委国家级创新人才，湖南省芙蓉学者奖励计划特聘教授，福建省高校新世纪优秀人才，湖南大学岳麓学者，湖南省“十四五”重点学科计算机科学与技术学科负责人，“智能网联车辆软件设计与服务”湖南省工程研究中心主任，湖南省超级计算科学学会副理事长，中国网络空间安全学会智能网络安全专委会委员。
本科与博士分别毕业于中南大学与湖南大学，美国里海大学计算机与电子工程系博士后。近年来一直从事AI安全技术、智能视听数据安全、芯片可信安全保护、智能网联车辆安全设计等方面的研究工作。共主持国家自然科学基金联合重点项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题、军科委创新特区项目等国家级项目8项、主持湖南省重点研发计划项目、湖南省重大科技攻关项目、企业委托横向项目等30余项，申请和授权国家发明专利62项与软件著作权登记18项；在IEEE TC、IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMC、IEEE TON、IEEE TSC、IEEE TDSC、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TFS、IEEE TIP、IEEE TIFS、IEEE TITS、IEEE TCBB、ACM TOIT、IEEE TNSE、ACM TOMM、ACM Computing Surveys、软件学报、ACM SIGMOD2024、IEEE INFOCOM2023 、ACM SIGMETRICS2025、ACM CCS、DAC2025、USENIX NSDI2026等国内外期刊和重要会议上共发表学术论文220余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表在中科院1区期刊、CCF A类与IEEE/ACM Trans系列上的高水平期刊和顶级会议论文80余篇，包括ESI全球前1%高被引论文23篇，ESI全球前1‰热点论文4篇，最佳国际会议论文奖8篇，担任IEEE CSCloud 2023、IEEE EdgeCom 2023国际会议大会主席以及ICA3PP 2021、IEEE Trustcom2018、IEEE SmartBlock 2020、Blocksys 2019、IEEE SmartCom 2020、EAI SecurityCom 2025等国际会议程序委员会主席，获得2021年度IEEE Smart Computing Special Technical Community Middle-Career Award (中期事业成就奖)、国际会议ICA3PP 2021杰出服务奖(排名第1），2022年湖南省科技进步二等奖(排名第1），2018年福建省科技进步三等奖(排名第3），2023年度湘潭市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖(排名第1），2024年成果入选中国算力网络十大创新成果，2024中国产学研合作创新人物奖（个人奖），2024年广东省物联网协会科技进步一等奖，2025年度中国发明协会发明创业成果奖二等奖(排名第1），连续五年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家年度和终身科学影响力榜单；主编教材和专著5本，指导学生获得全国大学生挑战杯银奖1项、全国大学生信息安全竞赛一等奖1项，获得教育部全国大学生信息安全竞赛优秀指导教师奖1次，共指导博士研究生12名（已毕业6名），博士后2名，硕士生27名（已毕业18名）。
